 Opening Images
Caricature Studio can
open the following graphic file formats:
Most digital cameras save in JPG format
by default.
Caricature Studio saves images in
JPG format by default, however you can save photos in any of
the following formats!
- JPG: Good
quality, small file size, best for web (default)
- GIF: Medium
quality, small file size
- BMP: Good
quality, larger file size
- PNG: Good quality,
medium file size. Best for transparency
- PDF: Adobe
Acrobat format
- CSG: Caricature
Studio proprietary format
- Click Open from
the File menu, or select the open folder icon on
the toolbar
- Browse to the directory on your
computer containing the photo you would like to open and select the
photo.
Note that if you open a photo while another photo is open
within the application, you will lose any changes made to
the first photo. Be sure to save your work before
opening a new photo.
Warning: your
original image will be lost if you do not rename your altered
image! To retain your original image, save the altered image with a
different file name.
