Canvas Size

The Canvas Size function allows you to adjust your image size and orientation to match popular photo print sizes, such as 5" x 7'" for example. You may also adjust the position of the print area if your image proportions do not match the desired print size.

Access Canvas Size from the Edit menu.

From the drop down menu, slect the size of the media you are printing. For instance, if you are using a small photo printer, match the media size to the printer output.

You can also resize the photo if necessary by changing the Image Width and Image Height. Check Constrain Proportions to keep the same aspect ratio when changing either Width or Height. By changing Width for example, Height will adjust automatically

The Anchor selection allows you to position the media size if the photo is large enough. In the above example, we've chosen 5 x 7 Portrait and the selected the middle Anchor position to crop the photo to match the media.
