Acquire From Webcam 

Caricature Studio can capture live images directly from your webcam and send them to the application window, where you can then edit them just like any other image.

It is assumed that you have a functional webcam connected to your computer before launching this function in Caricature Studio. If no camera is detected, you will receive an error message.

It's easy! Make sure your camera is connected and properly installed on your computer. In Caricature Studio, launch the Acquire From Webcam function from the toolbar icon, or from the Acquire menu. One your stream is visable, click the Make Image button to capture the screen and send the image to the main application window.

• The default location for captured images is the "My Documents" folder, however you can select an alternative location if desired.
• The Capture Settings button configures frame rate and other options, however this has no function in Caricature Studio as you are only capturing still images, and not video.
• If your camera is not automatically detected, you can try selecting an alternative driver if one is installed on your computer, by selecting the Driver button.
